What Ritam is

Ritam helps you find and book online therapy and expressive arts sessions with independent, qualified professionals. Ritam does not itself provide therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, and it is not an emergency service.

Professionals

Professionals are independent. We check their qualifications and registration before listing them, but each professional is responsible for their own practice.

Booking and payment

Sessions are paid in advance when you book. Prices are shown before you pay, in euros or Indian rupees.

Cancellations

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund.
  • Cancellations later than that, and missed sessions, are not refunded.
  • If a professional cancels, you always get a full refund.
